What We Do

More than a price list. A trading partner.

Sourcing is one part of the job. Quality control, contracting and logistics all sit on our desk so they don't sit on yours.

01 / SOURCING

Direct origin sourcing

Standing relationships with farms, cooperatives and mills across all ten origins. We hunt for lots that fit your cup and your budget — not the other way around.

  • Microlots from named farms
  • Commercial volumes with traceability
  • Organic, fair-trade, RFA certified options
02 / QC & SAMPLING

In-house cupping lab

Every pre-shipment and arrival sample is graded by our Q-grader desk in Gaziantep. You get the score sheet, the cup notes, and a 250 g sample to roast yourself.

  • SCA cup score on every lot
  • Pre-shipment + arrival samples
  • Three free samples per request
03 / LOGISTICS

From every origin to your door

Bonded warehousing in Gaziantep, customs clearance, and last-mile delivery anywhere in Türkiye — single bags or pallets, you decide the rhythm.

  • FOB, CIF, DDP terms available
  • Bonded storage up to 6 months
  • Türkiye-wide delivery 2–4 days
04 / CONTRACTING

Forward contracts

Lock in pricing for the next harvest. Forward-book against C-market or fixed-price terms — keep your roastery costs predictable through the season.

  • Fixed-price & differential contracts
  • Quarterly call-off schedules
  • Hedged exposure on request
05 / ADVISORY

Blend & menu design

Building a new espresso blend? Re-balancing a filter menu? Our trade desk helps roasters spec the right combination of origins, processes, and price points.

  • Blend formulation support
  • Seasonal menu rotation planning
  • Origin-trip coordination

Our Story

A family trading house since 1954.

Olabi began as a Gaziantep-based commodities trading house in the early 1950s — in a city with a centuries-long heritage as a regional hub for spices, coffee, and food trade between the Levant, the Caucasus, and Anatolia. Coffee was one of the first cargos through our doors, and three generations later it's still our craft.

Today we operate one of Türkiye's most established green coffee desks, with direct relationships across ten producing countries — and a bonded warehouse network in Gaziantep. Specialty microlots for craft roasters, commercial volumes for industrial blenders — same desk, same standards.
